ACCUFLIP has been designed to regulate Equilibrium Relative Humidity (ERH) within a specific range in order to protect medications from over-desiccation. It does this through a specialized sorbent that has the ability to absorb and desorb.

Certain drug formulations and products require specific range of ERH to maintain its efficacy and integrity throughout the established shelf life. Accuflip can regulate the ERH to 20 ± 5 % RH within the enclosed primary packaging.

  • CILICANT OXYGEN ABSORBER actively preserves the freshness, flavour and stability of pharmaceutical products by limiting oxygen-induced degradation. These preservative-free oxygen absorber pouches significantly extend the shelf life of pharmaceutical products like Pre-filled Syringe by creating an anaerobic internal environment in properly sealed packaging.
  • The uniquely formulated active ingredients in CILICANT OXYGEN ABSORBER lowers the concentration of free oxygen in the headspace of the packed pharmaceutical containers to 0.1%. Each pouch is constructed from a special packaging film that allows for easy absorption.
